Please note we only cater for adults and hen parties and familys and do not eccept stag parties. We can arrange secure parking at a small cost or there is limmited on street parking and a pay and display carpark at the end of the road. We are situated approx 850yrds from the centre pier, tower, shops, theaters, north rail and bus station and the worlds famous Funny Girls Show Bar, clubs, pubs, and nightlife. The Derwent offers excepional value for money, Cleanlness, Customer Service, and good home cooking assured. Breakfast is servied between 8.45am to 9.30am. ( Breakfast is avalable earlier if required ) Our rooms have digital TV, Internet , phones, tea coffee, hairdryers ( Iron and Ironing board on request ) We can cater for your parties or entertainment or anythink else you require. We also hire the compleate hotel out for your parties.

We are ideally situated in a quiet environment just off The Queen's Promenade on the NORTH SHORE (see map). Convenient for both the Tram and Bus stop for all the major attractions. Our comfortable bedrooms are equipped with colour TV's with Freeview, Family rooms have LCD TV's with Freeview and DVD's. Clock radios, beverage tray, hair dryer and toiletries, and most rooms are en-suite. Our rooms are available for single, double or twin, or family occupancy and are serviced daily with fresh towels changed daily. We cater wherever possible, for all diets providing a varied traditional breakfast menu with some specials. Dinner is available as an option at a cost of £8.00 per head. Children are catered for. Complimentary tea & coffee are available during the day either in the lounge or if preferred in our garden while watching the world go by. A light supper is available between 9-30 and 10-30pm. Please note we are a completely non-smoking hotel. We have comfortable TV lounge and a spacious dining room. We are family friendly and take pets by prior arrangement and have the benefit of free off road car parking for a number of cars.
